要约交易

      指在NCCE认可的交易品种范围内，交易会员根据自己的买卖意愿，自主发布非统一条款内容的供求要约，该要约一旦被他方接受，即达成电子交易合约的交易模式。

“Offer Trading” Model

    Within the scope of available trading products, trader issues supply or demand “offer trading” command in the electronic trading system. Once the command is accepted, an electronic contract is generated and will be enforced.

格式交易

      指在NCCE规定的交易品种范围内，除了价格不确定外，其他条款内容均被确定和格式化，交易会员依据统一的格式合约集合竞价而达成电子交易合约的交易模式。

“Format Trading” Model

    Within the scope of available trading products, NCCE pre-formats the supply and demand requirements into fixed trading contract, and dealer can chooses the most suitable one from each category and submits the order. Once it is matched by the computer system, an electronic contract is generated and will be enforced.

回购交易

      指在NCCE认可的交易品种范围内，交易会员在NCCE电子交易系统中，卖出或者买进一批商品的同时即规定必须在约定期限内，以约定价格再向对方交易会员买回或卖出同批商品的交易模式。

“Repurchase Trading” Model

    Seller makes a deal with buyer to purchase back the commodity he/she sells (or the same kind) with an arranged price in a set forwarding date.
