Legal documents required for membership
Complete and submit the following documents at NCCE: 1. Two copys of Membership Agreement. Please complete the Membership Agreement with signature and stamped by the a legal representative of you company. 2. Three copis of Three-Party Settlement Agreement Please complete the Agreement with signature and stamped by the a legal representative of you company.
Please submit the following documents: 3. Submit two copies of business license approved and inspected by the relevant industrial and commercial administrative departments of your industry. Please make sure the copies are stamped with official seal. 4. Submit two copies of Tax Registration Certificate approved and inspected by the relevant taxation departments of your industry. Please make sure the copies are stamped with official seal. 5. Submit two copies of personal ID of the legal representative of your company. Please make sure the copies are stamped with official seal. 6. Submit two copies of personal ID of the designated representative of your company. Please make sure the copies are stamped with official seal. 7. Submit two copies of permit for opening deposit account. Please make sure the copies are stamped with official seal. 8. Submit two copies of account application form for your designated account. Please make sure the copies are stamped with official seal.If not available, please submit copies of your bank statement. 9. Any other documents required by NCCE.
